Your account may be subjected to suspension or termination if OneClicks suspect that your account information is not true or illegal or despoiled these Terms and Conditions. OneClicks may reject your application for an Account, or cancel an existing Account, for any reason, in our sole discretion.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. OneClicks cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your Account and password.
You acknowledge that OneClicks will use the email address you provide on opening an Account or as updated by you from time to time as the primary method for communication with you.
You are responsible for all activity and content such as photos, images, videos, graphics, written content, audio files, code, information, or data uploaded, collected, generated, stored, displayed, distributed, transmitted or exhibited on or in connection with your Account (“Materials”).
2. Price and Payment
There may be instances where errors may occur while we make best efforts to ensure all details, descriptions and prices appear on our services are correct and accurate. If we notice an error in the price of any products which have been ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you the reconfirming option of your order at the correct price or cancelling option.
- OneClicks are under no obligation to fulfill your order if the price listed on the website is incorrect even after your order has been acknowledged by us.
- You can pay via any of our e-payment methods listed in the checkout or choose Cash on Delivery (COD).
3. Refusal of Order
OneClicks reserves the right to withdraw or edit any products from our services at any time. We will make our best efforts to always process all orders but there may be exceptional circumstances wherein, we may need to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an order confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion. If we cancel your order and you have already made payment for your order, the payment amount will be fully refunded to you.
OneClicks delivery team or a third-party delivery company will contact you before any delivery. We shall inform you if we are not able to meet the estimated delivery date; however, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery due to extent permitted by law.
You are required to sign for delivery of the order upon the delivery. If you are to return the product, the delivery document is required to provide.
If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within five days of our first attempt to deliver the product to you) accept delivery or collect the product, we may charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by your refusal or no longer make the product available for delivery or collection.
5. Returns and Refunds Policy
OneClicks DELIGHTEDLY accept honest return within 7 days for an exchange or store credit. However, the products must be in the following conditions: (1) products MUST be in the original condition with all tags and label attached; (2) products MUST be unworn; and (3) the in-store exchange cannot be returned.
Please check carefully on our platforms (website and APP) to see if the product is returnable. We have the right to refuse any return if the customer has an abnormal pattern of returning products.
